Osborne & Co. 1" Ventilator Punch & Hand Setter Kit for Fabric Upholstery For setting 3/4” Ventilators in Fabric:1.- Use Included Arch Punch No. 149-3/4 to punch hole in material.2.- Lay 1" Osborne ventilator neck up on base, place material over ventilator, now slip ventilator ring  on bow side up. (Ventilators not included)  3. Apply a few even taps with mallet to set ventilator.  We recommend use of  Osborne  Rawhide Mallet No. 196 . ( Mallet not included)      We also offer a kit for setting 3/4" ventilators into vinyl.     This kit contains 2 tools needed for setting 3/4” Ventilators in Fabric.
